Why Mentorship?
Often times, a simple word of advice or suggestion can make the difference between a business’s growth or stagnation. A good relationship with an experienced mentor can propel a business forward quickly and efficiently.
The Hannah Grimes Center for Entrepreneurship believes strongly in the power of mentorship and accountability in assisting budding entrepreneurs in the Monadnock Region. Whether you’re a small organization or a fast-growing company with more than 20 employees, you still have questions about your next most pressing business decision!

FAQ
Q: I have a few more questions. Can we chat?
Absolutely. Please email us or call us at (603) 352-5063 and we’d be happy to chat with you.
Q: I’m not a business owner or nonprofit leader. Can I still participate?
While we get started, we are only offering the program to business owners and nonprofits leaders. If you are interested in participating for professional development purposes, please let us know.
Q: Where should I meet with my mentor?
Wherever you’d like! Your place of business, here at the Center, at a local coffee shop… Wherever you and your mentor feel most comfortable.
Q: For how long should I plan to be a mentor/mentee?
Mentors and mentees should outline specific goals they would like to accomplish in a given timeframe (6 months to a year is a good place to start). Mentors and mentees should plan to review progress and next steps at this checkpoint to see if the consistent meetings and accountability are still helpful and needed.
Q: How does the matching process work?
We will either share your information with our mentors or provide an opportunity for you to meet potential mentors. We understand that there are both personal and professional components that need to align, and we will do our best to ensure those are fulfilled.
